Fandoms:

I love fandoms, communities and meeting like-minded people who adore the things I also enjoy.  As a result I have been part of some cool online communities and listed below are my current online activies.

Admin/Moderator

The actor Gordon Michael Woolvett asked me to moderate his board in 2005.  Since then I have banned the spammers on a daily basis and helped to form a community of fans, organising special guest web chats and having fun as a member in my own right.

Current fandom:
The Woolvett bros

Past fandoms:

  • Red Dwarf (1992-1994)
  • Due South (1998-2000)
  • Farscape (2000-2003)
  • Madness (2003-now)
(the pop group, not the condition!)
  • The A-Team (1997-2003)
  • Andromeda (2003-now)

my website dedicated to the actors Jaimz Woolvett and Gordon Michael Woolvett.  Fansites have so much potential but are usually just a collection of pictures and gushes about how good the actors are, or how they look... and this is no exception hehe

The Harper Front
Moderator (english sections)

A German fan community for Gordon Michael Woolvett centered around his character Harper from Andromeda.  In recent times Jaimz Woolvett has been included and its now developing into a 'Woolvett' fan base.  I don't do much by my own admission because I can only read basic German but its the enthisiasm that counts, right?

fandoms are seen as a geek/nerdy paradise, and apparently that's a bad thing.  We talk, discuss, write, create, tend to rarely go out and we love to explore the possibilities of life and a better future as seen through our heroes on the little or big screen...

... hell yeah, we're a real bad influence on society.
